I cannot believe this amazing weather! Part of me wants to say "Fall, where are you?" But I hate to wish these nice days and evenings away! This weekend was the 10th pairing between the Northwest Bearcats and the Pitt State Gorillas. It's known as the Fall Classic. They play the game at Arrowhead Stadium. We have been to every one of them so far! So this Friday Mom and Dad came down, then Adam came on Saturday. We headed there around 11:00 to tailgate, and the game started at 2:00. It was a gorgeous day...the sun was out...and I only lasted about 10 minutes before I was running for the shade! The game started strong for the Bearcats...but ended in a loss. We've always got next year...

| My men! |
Sunday we went to church, had lunch, then headed to Gladstone for their Gladfest celebration. There, they had a car show, some booths, and a carnival. We got Zane and Mason wrist bands that were good for any of the rides...but little did we know that Zane would think "these rides are for babies" and would want to play all of the games that took money...like fishing, and darts, and others...I guess we now know for the future! Matt took him on the ferris wheel, but was quickly calling me to have them stop the ride when it came to their seat..Zane was NOT enjoying the ride at all!

| Zane "bored" on the jeep! |
 |
| Acting a little more excited on the motorcycle ride... |
 |
| And not at ALL happy about the dumbo ride! |
Remember this yard a few weeks ago (3 to be exact...)?
Well...a lot of hours...and many gallons of water later...this is what it looks like! Matt's taking appointments from the neighbors to redo their yards! Proud of you honey, it looks great!
Zane-isms
The other day Zane wanted to rub my belly, and he said, "Hi Roger! How are you?" So...his new name for the baby is Roger!
I was quizzing Zane on something about behavior and I asked him if he would do what we were talking about. He said no, and when I asked him why, he said, "because it would be in appropriword."
Mason's Marvels
When getting in the van to head to Jo's the other day, and Mason decided he didn't want to buckle his own seatbelts, so he asked me to help him. I went around the van to help and he looked at me and said, "Hi Mama! Where did you come from?"
As I was reading to Mason before bed one night, he rubbed my belly, put his hands on his cheeks, and said, "Oh, I'm so proud of my baby!"
