I realized I forgot to post these photos of our Easter Egg Hunt at home on Easter Sunday:

Give usu some eggs!

Here's one!

Zane had a couple of high ones!

Money!
Tuesday was Zane's Cub Scout graduation.  He is now a bear!  It's so fun to watch him reach these milestones, we are so proud of him!

There was a bear!

And Den Leader Frank dressed as a Native American and hunted the bear down!
Eating "bear meat"

Drinking "bear blood."  (Matt is whispering to him to fake it...they were the last of a long line of boys and he didn't really want him to drink out of the same cup.  Good thing he didn't...two of the boys were throwing up the next day)!

Getting his new bear neckerchief

Den 9...now Bears!
Last week the weather was awesome...which also means the grass is growing!  Finally we have kids interested in helping out with some of the house/yardwork!

Mason helping with the mowing.  He did great!
Thursday was Take Your Child to Work Day.  Zane went to work with Matt.  Matt said he was really good.  He did some of the same work as Matt, and also worked on some of his math calculations.

This weekend we headed to Iowa for the first time in quite awhile.  I think it had been January since we had been there!  Saturday morning we planted a garden at Craig and Keeta's.  Originally we were just going to plant some pumpkins like last year, but ended up planting pumpkins, watermelons, cantaloupes, radishes, carrots, and corn.  Special thanks to them for letting us plant it, and also for being willing to tend to it all summer.  We are anxious to see how this garden turns out!

Zane was really into this!

Great exercise!

Getting the ground ready!

Saturday evening we went into town and spent the evening with our friends Chris and Nicole.  It was so nice to see their whole family!

Sunday we had Easter with the Beggs family.  We ended up having it at Keeta's house because of the rainy weather.  The egg hunt had to be moved inside but the kids still had fun!

Hoppy Easter!

Last weekend, on Palm Sunday, the boys  got to sing in church!  Here's a video:

Here are some photos from Jo's house:

He'd be a cute little girl!  Ha!

Finally some outdoor time!  Nicholas, Arthur, and Bryce

Saturday my parents came down to celebrate Easter with us.  The weather was gorgeous and we had a fabulous day!

The boys playing "doot doot" with Papa.  They swing, he says "doot, doo doo" and pretends he's walking in front of them.  Then they kick him and he pretends to fall over.  They love it.  They all request to play it all the time!  And Bryce has already figured out how to blame others!!!

Mason enjoying the new swing
Discussing turn-taking with the new swing

They love to swing!

Mason said "Mom, take a picture of this face..."

Baseball!
At this point Mason was pouting.  He was mad because he said Matt "didn't let him run the bases" after his hit.  I think he may have been a tiny bit jealous having to share his dad with the neighbors...

Saturday night's supper - taco truck!  A new weekly tradition for us!
This morning we woke up and looked through the boys' Easter baskets, went to church, ran errands, and enjoyed some time outside.  We have started going on "family walks" as much as we can and it's been great for all of us!  We are sure loving the warmer temps, but it's hard to get to bed on time!!!

This year I found some plastic eggs and thought they would be great to use so that we wouldn't ruin good eggs...I don't always trust that the eggs are "ok" to eat!  Well, note to self...just use the real eggs next year!  Big time fail!  They were too light to stay in the water, the color didn't stay, and the boys had no fun.  Lesson learned!

Plan B - use markers to decorate plastic eggs.

Matt's Grandma Beggs is currently in the hospital.  She is such a special lady to all of us.  Please pray that the doctors find out what exactly is going on and how to best help her.  We are hoping to get to see her next weekend and celebrate Easter with her.
