Let's Go Royals!



I forgot to post this last weekend...we got the boys Happy Meals...Bryce refused to eat and decided powdered sugar donuts were a more appropriate choice for supper!  :)

Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market!  We're excited that spring is here and we can go every week!  On our way home we stopped at Joe's Pizza for some lunch!

Bryce would NOT let me cut his pizza...and had to put honey on it!  The slice is as big as his head!

Sunday was Boy Scout Day at the K.  We decided to take the older two boys.  Bryce isn't quite as easy to take with us, so we had Grandma come down to spend the day with him.  We are so excited that baseball has started and can't wait to spend more time at the K!  Get ready Grandmas - we will be contacting you soon so we can go without any children!  :)

 The game was fairly uneventful.  Even so, the boys did pretty well sitting and being well-behaved.  Around about the 6th inning that changed.  Zane was bored.  Mason was mad.  "I hate stupid baseball.  I hate the stupid Royals.  We are just watching stupid people playing stupid baseball.  I never want to come here again."

 And then as we were leaving that same child told me he wanted to go to a game on a Friday so he could see the fireworks.  That child!  Ha!

It was a great day!  It was so fun to spend the day with the boys!  The only thing better would have been a Royals win...but it's early...there are lots more games!
