Farm, Wedding, and Chiefs

Little Mr. Bryce seems to enjoy hanging his tongue out of his mouth!  It's funny to see him crawling around all over like that!  Sometimes it sounds like he's panting like a dog!  It's too funny!

Bryce showing off his tongue!
Last week I finally unpacked the boys' suitcase and realized Grandma had left her camera in there with pictures from their weekend on the farm!  So here are some fun pictures from that!

Grandma wanted a photo with all 3 boys...but Mason kept saying "not yet" so this is what she got...

Seriously...doesn't seem possible he should even be able to sit on this!  Grandma said he accidentally got his foot on the "gas" and made it go a couple of times!

Showing Bryce the ropes!
This weekend we headed back to Iowa for a wedding.  It was nice to see everyone and catch up...it had been so long!!!

Nicole and I.

Chris, Nicole, me, Matt.  Ten years ago they were our best man and matron on honor!
After the wedding and reception, we came back to Kansas City.  Yes, last night.  We left at 11:00.  Matt is such a trooper...he knew I would fall asleep about as soon as we got into the vehicle...and he was okay with that...guess after 10 years of marriage you know each other huh?  He drove us safely home and we got a few hours of sleep before heading to the Chiefs game to tailgate at 7:30!  Craziness.  We went with 3 other couples and had lots of fun!  The game...not so good...we left at halftime...but the tailgating was fun!!!

10 Year Anniversary!!!

I realized that I forgot to post pictures from Grandparent's Day at Mason's school!  These three boys are SO LUCKY to have such amazing grandparents!  A couple of weeks ago, they came down to go to Mason's preschool!  We didn't tell him about it...we wanted to surprise him.  I wish I could have been a mouse in the corner that day!  The report was...they went in and said to the teacher "We are looking for Mason Baker."  Apparently he was right by the door, heard them, and looked around the corner and was shocked!!!  He kept saying "Can we go now?  Is it time to go now?"  They enjoyed listening to a few songs, eating some cookies, then FINALLY took him home!  Thanks Craig and Keeta and Mom and Dad for making memories for our kids!

 He did good!

This week, Matt and I celebrated 10 years of wedded bliss!  :o)  My oh my what a difference 10 years can make!  We are so blessed to have three amazing boys!!!  And just how did we celebrate you may wonder?  Well, how else, but at a Cub Scout meeting where Zane received his very first badges?  He was so excited to get them!!!

Waiting for the meeting to start, sitting with his Den!

How did he get this big?

Brycers waiting patiently...

Ready to get his badges!

The Cub Scout handshake!

Here they are!
Our happy family...or at least most of us were happy to be in the picture!
Okay so we really did get to have some alone time this weekend!  After the cub scout meeting, we drove north and met Matt's parents to exchange vehicles...and we left the boys in our van that went back to Iowa!  Saturday night we attended a wedding for a co-worker of mine.  We decided to get a hotel room and enjoy the evening!  We had a great time!

All dressed up and ready to celebrate!

The happy couple...Katy and Chandler!

My co-workers who attended!
So happy that we were able to share in their special day!!!  Here's to the next 10...for both of us!

It's Apple Picking Time!

Life just keeps chugging away!  Where does time go?

Bryce & Ethan at Jo's house...enjoying the weather!
Saturday I headed to Maryville with another teacher and her husband.  Dad and Mom weren't able to use their tickets for the game as they were headed to a concert with Adam, so I used them!  I've been wanting to make it to a game and was glad I could go!!  I had a lot of fun!  When I got home, I had about an hour and a half before I was getting picked up to go out with my friend Mary to celebrate her birthday!  So I rested a little...ate a little...and then freshened up for my night out!  I had SO much fun and was glad to be able to celebrate with her!

Sunday when we woke up we decided it would be a great day for apple picking!  So we went to early church, then headed to the orchard.  It was the perfect weather...a tad cool...cloudy...and just right for us!

On our way!

Bryce was intrigued!

Zaner's favorite part...

Mason's favorite part too (he's saying 'no pictures mom')
They are lined up here, ready for the "green flag" to race!

And they're off!
Such fun!  Leaving Bryce in the dust...
Not for long!
My sweet baby boy!  Beautiful blue eyes!
