Last Friday was our final pack meeting this year, where the boys graduated.  Zane is now a Webelo!  One of the things they had to do was walk over the hot coals.  ONLY true scouts could do it without getting burned.  What do you know...Zane was able to do it!

After the pack meeting we headed to Iowa to spend the weekend.  Saturday we spent the evening at Chris and Kaitlin's wedding.  They lucked out with the weather and got it in right before the big storms!  Sunday we celebrated a belated mother's day and then headed home for Mason's end of football celebration.  He was excited to get another medal!

 On Wednesday, Zane turned 10!  How did that happen?  I just can't believe I have a child in double digits that is going to be taller than me in a couple of years!  He chose Buffalo Wild Wings for supper.  I know it was because he knew they would shout out his name and say Happy Birthday!

The boys were done with school on Thursday but I had to go on Friday so they all 3 went to Pat's house on Friday.  All week the kids at Pat's were planning their "party" and what the menu would be.  Bryce asked for cheeseballs for breakfast.  I heard that they had anything and everything they wanted...including ice cream for breakfast!

Since Mason is a Cardinals fan now, and they were in town playing the Royals, we ended our school year with a trip to the K!  It was a great night!  On the way in, Zane said "this is the best late birthday present EVER!"

Fireworks Friday!

This weekend my brother and his fiancée Bethany moved to town!  It will be nice to have family nearby!  Today we spent the day at their new home.  It's beautiful!

I'll probably be MIA on here for a week...next weekend we head to Omaha for my cousin Lisa's wedding and then are going to Mexico for 5 days!  I'm so super excited to relax on the beach!  See you in a couple of weeks with some fun Mexico pictures!!!

Field Trip to the Zoo

Friday was Mason class field trip to the zoo!  Matt and I were both able to go and he was so excited!  When we got there we realized that about 4,000 other school kids were there as well!  It was crazy!

Saturday was Mason's last football game.  This was a game that got rained out earlier in the season.  We weren't sure we were going to get to play this one, but the rain held out for us!  Mason got 4 flags and had a chance to run for a touchdown.

I told my brother he was slacking on getting pictures sent to me so I got these today!  My little buddy is growing so fast!  I get to see him in 3 weeks!

 

Today for Mother's Day I did NOTHING.  Literally.  I sat on the couch and checked Facebook all day long!  It was great!  I'll probably regret it this week when life is so super crazy, but today it ROCKED!  Lucky to be blessed with 3 amazing boys I call my sons!  Happy Mother's Day to all!

So one of my co-workers is a Cardinals fan.  When she found out Mason was too, she decided a little gift was in store for him!  So she got him this shirt and some tattoos.  We took a photo to send to her.  Mason did NOT want to "waste" one of the tattoos so he just held it up to his face!

Saturday was our first double-header for football.  We had an hour in-between games, so the moms got together to plan lunch for them.  We also had pictures so it wasn't bad waiting around for the second game!  Only one game left and another sports season is in the books!

Friday evening Matt and Zane were camping with the Scouts.  When I woke up early Saturday morning and heard it raining I thought about them out there!  They said it wasn't too bad.  They had fun trying out the new tent.  Well...the boys that stayed with Zane did...Matt slept in the car!
