Busy Bees

Wow it's been a bit since I've posted, and really don't have much to post today...as you can see from my lack of pictures, we've been busy!  Too busy to even take pictures!  School is in full swing for everyone, and we're gearing up to start football this week for Mason, so it's going to get even busier!  Nothing much new going on to report, so I'll leave you with a few photos:

Mason at school learning how to "stretch" words out in reading/writing by using bubble gum!

From the boys' time with Nate and Marcy at the fair (and Grandma/Papa, but they weren't in photos)

Bryce opened the bible and said "It's Adam and Eve.  God told them not to eat the apples.  But the snake told them to."  He's really soaking in everything at preschool and "preaching" to us at night and the weekends!

Last spring a bond issue passed for the boys' school.  They are overflowing at Mason's building and need space for the growing community.  They will be adding on to the school, which will also allow for more grade levels to be there.  So Mason will stay there longer than Zane did.  Saturday there was a back to school carnival as well as a ground-breaking.  I was too busy holding everyone's tickets, prizes, and food to take photos of the boys, but did take some of the groundbreaking:

Dr. Doll, the principal (and college classmate of mine)

Groundbreaking with principals, students, and board members
I will TRY to get more photos this week!  But I have to admit it's fun to live in the moment and not worry about the camera!  :)
