Last weekend Matt and Zane were at Bear Camp. They had a lot of fun!

The boys have been taking private swim lessons the last couple of weeks. I am really happy with their teacher and love that they are getting so much individual attention to their swimming needs!

A couple of weeks ago Zane was complaining about one of his legs and limping pretty badly. We couldn't remember anything big happening to hurt his leg, so it was a bit confusing to us. After a couple of days he seemed to get better, then it was back again. We called the doctor and they wanted to see him. So Matt took him while I took Mason to swim lessons. They sent him on for x-rays, thinking it could be a sprain, fracture, or just that one leg was longer than the other. This was last Monday, and as I type this we STILL have not heard back from the doctor...they were supposed to call us. Luckily we have Jason, who is our chiropractor, who was able to call and get the report for us. As we suspected, his leg is 3mm longer than the other. Jason wasn't sure what they would suggest for us to do. We may have him see Jason to get adjusted and see if that helps. I am just thankful it's nothing serious...my mind was wandering...

We are really enjoying Mason's tee ball games! He really soaks in everything we say as we're watching the Royals, discussing things, and playing with him outside. He so desperately wants to field the ball. Last week he played third base and every...single...ball that was hit, he would chase it. I mean...if it was hit to right field, he was one of the first ones there...from clear across the field! He was very proud of himself and came running up to me to say "Mom, I got 2 balls!" Love the enthusiasm!

I've been trying to be better about working out more this summer. It's not my favorite thing at all, but important, so I do it. The boys always want to work out also. This morning they put in one of my dvd's and did it for awhile. So cute!

This weekend our church had a night at the K. We decided to go to it so they boys went to Iowa to stay on the farm for the weekend. It was so quiet around here all weekend! We enjoyed our time together, but were glad to see the boys again tonight! They, however, weren't too thrilled to see us and realize they were having to leave grandma/papa and come home with us! So happy that they love their grandparents that much!

| Date night! Too bad they lose EVERY TIME WE GO! |
While the boys were gone we decided to tackle one "big boy" step for Bryce...his bed! We were hoping to do this AND potty training, but he is very uninterested in potty training. He will tell you that he is supposed to pee "in the toilet" but when you ask him if he is going to do that like a big boy he says "no!" So one step at a time...we took the front off of his crib! When we got home and showed it to him, he said "Oh no, broken! Daddy broke it!" Not sure how this will go...but he has slept on a cot at Jo's house all year, so we'll see...

| SUCCESS! He didn't even attempt to get out of his bed...maybe it helped he was so exhausted from his weekend on the farm! |
Thanks Grandma and Papa for always being willing to take our kids and make so many amazing memories with them. We are so lucky!
Please continue to pray for Grandma Beggs, as she has now been in the hospital for 3 weeks.
