Enjoying the weather!

Well, this was my second week back at work.  I guess you could say we're getting into a pretty good routine!  I've figured out the things that need done at night to make our mornings run smoothly.  Now I just need to get "working out" into the schedule...

Mr. Bryce has really been smiling and "talking" lately!  It sure makes you feel good when he recognizes you and smiles at you!  I had another video that showed more smiling, but it was longer and I was having trouble getting it to upload...so this one will have to do!

LOVE this little fella!

To start this week, we had Monday off for President's Day.  We had a great time hanging out at home together!  And I FINALLY got the Biggest/Big/Little Brother shirts on the boys so I could get a picture!  These were supposed to be for them to wear in the hospital, which Zane did, but Mason wouldn't cooperate...so we had to wait!

Biggest/Big/Little Brothers!

LOVE all of them!  I hope they are great buddies forever!

Sweetness!
Bryce is doing well at Jo's house!  He seems to sleep a lot there!!!  She even has to wake him up to feed him...and then he doesn't eat too much there!  I think he's busy watching other kids and that wears him out!

All bundled up and cozy at Jo's!

Smiles for Jo!

Nora, Lawson, Mason, and Braeden playing at Jo's
Jo was closed on Wednesday, so Grandma Farmer came down to stay with the little 2 boys.  We also had Nora come over and Grandma watched her also!  They had a fun day together, and even had nice enough weather that they could spend some time playing outside!  Grandma reported that Bryce was good...ate like a champ...but barely slept all day!  The complete opposite of Jo's house!  Grandma...did you put him down or hold him all day?  Just kidding!  Our boys have the BEST grandma ever!  She is always willing to come and watch the boys whenever we need help!  They adore her!

This weekend we hung around the house.  Saturday nights have become our "breakfast for supper" night!  This Saturday Zane wanted to catch pancakes on his plate...so Matt was throwing them to the boys and they would try to catch them.  Here is one time that Zane actually caught it!

"I GOT IT!"

Today after church, we headed to the park to enjoy the GORGEOUS weather!  Once we got there, we realized it was a little windier and chillier than we thought, but luckily I had packed a couple of blankets to Bryce was cozy and warm!  Since I've been taking photography classes and have finally learned how to use my camera...I packed it along to practice!

Mason cooperated for some photos...

Did not cooperate for some others...

And here he was "catching the wind" on his tongue!  HA!

Zane was really too busy to pose...so I was lucky to get this shot...

And this one was a "hurry up" shot!

But Mason was a little poser!

Matt and Bryce watching the boys play!  He's under that blanket somewhere!

Oh there he is!  Little doll baby!

Zane-isms
  • Each week after my photography class, we get an assignment that's due the following week.  So Saturday I was outside trying to get my homework done...and didn't have a lot of cooperation from the boys as my subjects.  I was trying to talk Zane into riding his bike becuase I needed action shots.  He said, "Just a minute mom.  I'm trying to get something ready for you so you can take a picture for your portfolio."  Portfolio?  Really?
  •
Mason's Marvels
  • The other day when Matt and Mason were dropping Zane off at school, they got out of the car and Mason said, "The wind is unbeweevable (unbelievable)!"
  • Lately Mason has wanted to help me get supper ready every night.  So when we were cooking the other night, he said, "How is everything?  Is it perfect?"
  • At the park today, Mason saw a little kid with a KU shirt on.  He said, "Oh look, a jayhawk!  Go jayhawks!"  Jo would be so proud!
