It's Blue October!!!!!

Two Sundays ago we went to Zane's Cub Master's house to work on the Boy Scout float for a parade.  He lives on a farm so they boys were in Heaven!  Bryce adored the animals!

Bryce has stayed busy at Jo's house!!!

Noodles and sauce...yum!!
Matt and I have had so much fun following the Royals this year!  It's been even more fun lately watching them in the postseason!  We have been lucky enough to go to two games.  Special thanks to Matt's parents for coming down to stay with the boys so we could go enjoy the games!  The first game we went to was the Wild Card game last Tuesday.  It was the most amazing feeling to be there!  And that game especially was very emotional...highs and lows!  I kept telling Matt I felt like my own children were out there playing the game, that's how stressed I was!  I felt like passing out a couple of times.  It was the craziest thing!  In the end, it worked out for the Royals and they WON!!!  Amazing!  We finally got to bed at 2:30 in the morning and then were back at work the next morning.  Let's just say I was TIRED!  But every single minute of that game was so worth it!

Let's Go Royals!

So exciting!

Wildcard Game, A's vs. Royals

Officially IN!

Lots of celebration!
Friday night was my school's carnival.  I signed up to help cleanup at the end so we were able to enjoy the games first.  The boys enjoyed the games!

Can you tell they are so happy I made them take a picture at the photo booth!?!
We finally gave up on Mason's corn...

Papa said that is a bin buster of an ear!
Sunday was the next game we got tickets for (as soon as the wildcard game was over we sat in the car and bought tickets)!  To prepare I had to get decked out...to my fingertips...ready to support my Royals!  Since it was a Sunday and Matt's mom came to watch the boys, we headed out in plenty of time and enjoyed some tailgating with 40,000 of our newest friends!

Matt helped me with the KC!
Tailgating!

Ready to cheer on our Royals!

Fly over!

Royals sweep the Angels!  On to the ALCS!!!

Another amazing game!!!  The feeling at a post-season game is indescribable!  I wish we could go to every one of the games!  This week has felt very strange not watching a ballgame every or every other night.  I'm not sure what we'll do all winter without Royals baseball...ha!  Only one team stands in the way of the Royals and the World Series!

BE ROYAL!!!!!!!
