Happy New Year!

We've had a nice, relaxing week at home!  I'm sort of convinced that I'm still pregnant due to this being Christmas break!  I've never been pregnant this long...with Zane I was 12 days early, and with Mason I was 10 days early.  As I type right now, it's only 6 days from my due date and I'm still going!  However, we are inducing tomorrow morning, so we'll be sending out news soon!!!

38 weeks

The weather this week was gorgeous!  We spent some time outside, although I was lazy and didn't take my camera out with me.  So no photos...sorry...but believe me it was nice to be out the last week of December...yesterday I was in short sleeves, capris, and flip flops...it was 66 degrees!!!  WOW!

Zane has had a loose front tooth for awhile.  It's actually two teeth that are fused together.  They got pretty loose this weekend and Matt took the boys to the park yesterday.  Zane fell right on his mouth, and they got really loose.  Finally today they were so loose they were bleeding, so Matt pulled them.  Since it was two teeth, it left a big hole in his mouth!  It's funny to hear him talk...he even laughs!!!

Friday night was my cousin Brian's wedding!  He and Heidi are an absolutely adorable couple and it's so nice to finally have her as an "official" part of the family, even though she's been part of our family for a long time!  Unfortunately, we were not able to go due to the closeness to my due date.  I was sad to have to miss it, but am looking forward to seeing the video and all of the pictures soon!

Monday Matt put his back out pretty badly and it's slowly getting better.  Needless to say, it didn't help with some of the projects we have going on around the house and thought we'd have done before the baby came home...but that's not going to happen!  I'm just hoping he feels good enough to let me squeeze his hand tomorrow!

Tonight as we put the boys to bed, they both seemed SUPER excited about meeting "baby Roger/Sambo" tomorrow!  Mason clapped, Zane just grinned.  They both hugged/kissed my belly and told me how much they love the baby.  Let's hope this enthusiasm continues when he's actually here!

We would appreciate any and all prayers for a safe and healthy delivery tomorrow! We report to the hospital at 6:30 a.m...this is a first for us! With the other 2 it just happened...knowing it is tomorrow is a little strange. Nice...for the simple fact that Matt's mom is already here to be with the boys and we don't have to worry about middle of the night calls...but strange to know that we "chose" his birthday!
