Swim Lessons and Omaha!

This week was busy!  I had a 3 day training with my school.  It was the best professional development I've ever attended!  I'm really anxious for the year to begin!  Along with having the training came the need for someone else to watch the boys.  Matt parents were lined up to stay with them, but were unable to come due to Keeta having surgery on her arm (which went well...however the pain meds didn't agree with her).  So Craig and Grandma Baker came down and spent Tuesday with the boys.  My parents came down for Wednesday and Thursday.  They boys had SO MUCH fun those three days!  They went swimming, finished their lessons, and spent tons of time playing tractors!

Spashing in the water...
We are so lucky to have such amazing parents that are willing to take time out of their schedules to help us out!  What great memories they are making for our boys!

I found this on my camera...Mason took it!
Bryce is sitting up really well!  He can sit on his own for quite awhile!  He's growing too fast!

My big boy!

Farmers Mason, Zane, Papa, and Bryce.  They did this all day long!!!  (Notice Mason's jeans...on a 100 degree day)!
This weekend we traveled to Omaha and spent the night.  I shadowed a girl from high school who was photographing a wedding.  I've always loved taking pictures.  And since I've had a nicer camera, I've wanted to learn more about how to really use it to its capabilities.  My dear friend from college has asked me to take pictures at her wedding in October, so I thought this would be a good chance for me to practice and learn from a pro!  I am so thankful she allowed me to tag along!  I realized that I have a LOT to learn!  I'm hoping to practice a lot in the next few months so I can do a good job for her!  Following are some of my favorites...please don't be too critical!  This is with no editing...and I'm such an amateur it isn't funny!

While I was busy learning about my camera...the boys had fun looking at airplanes!  Let's face it...this was a GREAT thing for them to do without me.  I'm sure I would have been no fun at all...asking "when can we go" and the likes...

Matt said this was Zane's favorite one

Astronaut Zane!

They really liked that the wheels were bigger than them!
Of course Brycers just took it all in!

A bomb!  A bomb!

Checking it all out!
Group shot...Bryce was at the end of his rope...

In this one Zane is saying "Dad, does it look like I'm holding the rocket in my hands?"
Today the boys went swimming one last time.  Then we met my cousins on my mom's side for lunch.  They hadn't met Bryce yet and they all three live there, so I was happy we could make it work for everyone!

Is Similac on the menu?

Still thinking...
It's hard to believe that July is here already!  YIKES!  Happy 4th to everyone!  Stay safe!
